Kolkata, 26th November 2016: The ramp was glittering with colours, textures, fabrics, prints and etc. It was hard to shift eyes from the ramp as the innovative clothes and the gorgeous models made it look Wow. The young talents of ‘Glamour School of Fashion and Interiors’ are the creators behind this endeavour.  They introduced audience with their beautiful collection in their Annual Fashion & Interior Events CHROMA 2016, held on 26 November. The show also comprised an Interior Designing exhibition.

“Chroma 2016 is the Annual Graduating Show and Award Giving Ceremony of the students and is celebrated with the sole aim of harnessing the best talents of the students in the field of Fashion & Interior design & providing them a platform to showcase their work”, said Mr. A.D. Singh, Director, GLAAMOUR School of Fashion & Interiors.

The talented and gorgeous actress Parno Mitra sizzled the ramp in a red gown as the showstopper. The ramp was overwhelmed by MTV India’s Next Top Model fame Subhomita.

Talking to Parno Mitra about the students who flaunted their creation, she said, “I am amazed to see the level of talent these students have and I congratulate them for their hard work and effort they have put in for this show. They have a very bright future in the fashion industry.”

For the fashion show audience witnessed around 13 themes namely Fabriplication, Monday  Blues, Dark Lady, Pushkara, Earthy Hues, A Royal Affair, Books and many more. The collections were judged under different categories like Best Creative Collection, Theme Interpretation, Accessory Design, Surface Ornamentation amongst others. For Interior Designing, the theme was ‘Sustainable Design’, with students making replica models, space designing along with installation art and the judgement was made under categories like Best Creative Design, Presentation, Concept, Model Design etc.
