Recently, after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Coronavirus as a global health emergency. People across the globe are paranoid with the pandemic of Coronavirus, as the virus is contagious and currently there’s no such treatment specifically for Covid-19. Doctors and researchers are in the race to find a vaccine to stop the massacre.
However, the doctors in India has initially developed a medicine which is a combination of Lopinavir, Retonovir, Oseltamivir along with Chlorphenamine drugs for treating the patients. The world is taking precautions following the guidelines announced by the WHO or their respective governments.
Indian’s are known to be superstitious for so many reasons, isn’t it? Well, this time the All India Hindu Mahasabha community has crossed all boundaries of extremism by hosting a gau matra party urging the people to drink cow urine to fight the pandemic Covid-19.
200 people took part in the party which was organised in Delhi to break the chain of coronavirus. As Hindu’s consider cow’s as sacred and holy, many people also believe cow urine has medical properties.
The ‘gaumutra party’ was also hosted in North Kolkata which was highly criticised as many people claimed the local member of Bharatiya Janta Party inducted them to drink cow urine to ensure immunity from the disease.
Where are we? and Why do Indians believe in this stupid ideologies? If this doesn’t sound bizarre enough let me tell you people are selling Cow dungs and urine at Rs 500 a kilo.
The deadly virus which has infected more than 1,38,000 people worldwide and over 5000 people had to lose their life to the pathogen cannot be cured by any non-edible nuisance. It’s high time Hindu’s need to start using their brains.
It's high time, the most intelligent of the species start using their gifted brains and draw out logic rather than blindly following anything and everything!
