It's time for the truth to prevail! Putting all the chaos to rest. The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday announced the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will now investigate Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.
Maharashtra police weren't solely coordinating with Patna police. SC also upholds the FIR lodged in Patna, has asked Maharastra police to assist the probe and to hand over all the evidence to CBI.
The Central Bureau of Investigation has already registered a complaint against Sushant Singh's former girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her family members after Sushant's dad filed a complaint against them in Patna for alleged abetment of suicide.
Rhea Chakraborty told the Supreme Court that she has no objection if the probe into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput is transferred to CBI. However, later the actress allegedly said, Bihar police crossed their jurisdiction under 'political pressure' and asked not to transfer the probe to CBI.
Sushant Singh Rajput's family and fan are delighted as they believe, now everyone can get to know about the truth and all the answered questions are finally going to be addressed.
