Pushpa Jhukega Nehi Saala is back into every fan's tounge as the teaser of Pushpa 2 is launched today. 8 April marks the 42nd birthday of superstar Allu Arjun, and makers decided to give him the best gift possible. The teaser is 68 seconds long, and fans got a glimpse of Pushpa in an avatar that none expected.
In the teaser, we saw an ongoing jatara where devotees were praying to Goddess Kali. The camera focuses on a person's gunghruu, followed by eyes wearing kajal, then jhumkas, and ending in the forehead's tilak. Finally, the face reveals itself from behind the Trishul.
We saw Pushpa in the Kali avatar, wearing a blue saree and holding a trishul. Fans know about Allu's capability to play diverse characters, but he again manages to make our jaws drop.
Pushpa was the highest-grossing film in India, and by looking at the teaser, we think Pushpa 2 will continue the legacy even higher.
Allu celebrated his birthday with family and friends, and his wife threw him a party. He was also seen out of his house, thanking his fans for the wishes. Allu also posted on X (formerly Twitter) thanking his fans.
At the end of the teaser, we also discovered the release date of the movie (15 August 2024). The film's cast consists of Allu, Rashmika, and Fahadh Faasil in their respective roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and inspector Bhanwar Singh Shekawat. The cast also stars Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Dhananjay, Ajay, and others.
Fans can wait for the movie, as we are all going to enter the Pushpa world again. Be ready on August 15.
