The Ministry of Culture (Special Cell) in collaboration with Heartfulness inaugurated a significant spirituality summit at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad, on March 14, 2024. The event commenced with stellar performances by Shankar Mahadevan, Kumaresh Rajagopalan, and Shashank Subramanyam, uniting spiritual leaders across various faiths.

The summit, themed "Inner Peace to World Peace," is attended by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, and the Hon’ble Vice President, Mr. Jagdeep Dhankhar, on subsequent days. It aims to foster interfaith dialogues and spirituality in everyday life, a joint effort by the Ministry of Culture (Govt. of India) and Heartfulness.



Key participants include leading organizations and figures such as the Ramakrishna Mission, Parmarth Niketan, The Art of Living Foundation led by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Mata Amritanandamayi from The Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Archbishop of Hyderabad Rev Cardinal Anthony Poola, Chinna Jiyar Swami, representatives from The Brahma Kumaris, Patanjali Yogpeeth by Baba Ramdev, Maharishi Foundation, Isha Foundation by Sadhguru, International Buddhist Confederation, Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee, and many others.

This four-day event is filled with discussions, cultural programs, an exhibition on India’s spiritual legacy, immersive experiences, and wellness therapies, aiming to draw attention from notable figures in film, music, and sports to amplify the event's reach.

The Global Spirituality Mahotsav stands as a pivotal gathering, celebrating the unity of spirituality and peace through the involvement of diverse faiths and esteemed personalities.
