We live in a world where we are always judged by society for speaking our minds. Which results in people refusing to talk about their problems with their loved one’s. If one decides to seek help from a psychiatrist they’re often tagged as unstable or crazy cause still certain people abide by the only health problem humans have is physical health.

It’s time, we speak up and seek help from the ones who can make our life better with a rhythm.

Time and again we have heard music can heal people. Music plays an integral part to help the human mind adapt to the tune of life through music. How many of us are aware of music therapy? I don’t know about you but I wasn’t.

Music therapy is extremely beneficial for various mental health conditions, including depression, post-traumatic stress, and bipolar disorder (to name a few). Music acts as a medium for processing emotions, trauma, and grief—but music can also be utilized as a regulating or calming agent for anxiety or for dysregulation.

The try & tested methodology is being practised by India’s one of the best Psychiatrist Dr Ranjan Ghosh with over 20 years of experience. He has just returned from the United States of America to open his clinic in Kolkata and to do something for the people of Kolkata.

Dr Ghosh is best known for his out-of-the-box treatment which helps people to heal and grow by winning over their mental stress. Dr Ranjan Ghosh is popular among youngsters as a doc who raps, crack jokes, and becomes their best buds.

With an eye and passion for music therapy, Dr Ranjan has come up with an innovative idea to understand the emotional turmoil of his patients and to make their voice heard with the OG Hip Hop underground recreation.

There have been a number of instances when we want to speak up but we fail because of a stigma and suicidal intent.

That’s when GOOD KARMA comes in to express your feelings with music to reach out to the masses. In a short time, they have created a song 'Ne Ami'  which demonstrated how a bipolar patient may be feeling during his difficulties and how he doesn't lose hope under the banner of Eastern India’s biggest production house SVF Music. You should listen to the song and understand you are listening to someone's genuine feelings and thoughts.

Recently, they’ve also released a music video on the biggest retro hits of all time. It'll make you fall in love all over again starring inDiSiz ft. Ankit Seth.

To enhance your mood you should follow Good Karma & GK Production for your mental well being. We cannot thank Dr Ranjan enough for talking about Mental Health and for lending an ear to everyone to ensure they find their way back home and comfort in themselves.
