Dhrubo Chatterjee’s ‘Golondaaj’ has already become the talk of the town and fans are gushing about the periodic drama. The movie is based on the forgotten hero the father of Indian football Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikari starring Dev, Anirban Bhattacharya, Ishaa Saha, Indrashish Ray, Srikanto Acharya, Joydeep Mukherjee and John Bhattacharya.
Tollywood’s heartthrob Dev will be seen portraying the pivotal role of Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikari. The sports periodic drama is slated to release this year in August and the camera started rolling on 5 February.

Nagendra Prasad Sarbadhikari introduced football as a teenager in the year 1877 at Hare School, Calcutta. It is he who mobilized his classmates and started playing the game at the Hare School compound. The tentative release date of the movie is 14th August.
